Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Sw. ångerrätt) when buying from our online store. This period starts the day you receive your order.
In addition, we offer a 14-day open purchase (Sw. öppet köp) on all online orders, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. This period starts the day you receive your order.
You may also request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns: the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Conditions for withdrawal, returns and exchanges
To be eligible for a return, open purchase, or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
For hygiene reasons, hairbrushes cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened. If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your request.
Return fee
A fixed return fee of 59 SEK applies to cover shipping costs for returns. For exchanges and defective or damaged items, returns are always free of charge.
How to request a return or exchange
To start a request, please contact us at info@bocoatelier.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Products purchased from resellers
If you purchased your product from a reseller, please contact them directly to find out their exchange and refund conditions. We cannot exchange or return products purchased from one of our resellers.
Damaged or defective products
Our items are handmade in our French manufacturer, and despite careful quality controls, defects may occur. If you have received a faulty product, please contact us at info@bocoatelier.com and send us photos and details.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
